When a user registers to Mutual Endeavors, an email is sent out to the user's e-mail specified when they sign up. Please note that your registration e-mail comes from

, so set your spam controls accordingly to accept mail from that address. Most, if not all e-mail services now offer spam protection and a re-direct to a spam folder. The first thing you should do before anything else is check your spam folder to see if it has been marked as spam and sent there. Since most (probably) of you will no doubt be using AOL e-mail addresses to sign up with us at ME, you can check your spam mail by simply opening your mail and clicking on the Manage Mail tab, and then search and click on Spam. Optionally, AOL users can momentarily set your spam filtering control to "off" completely before registering, to make doubly sure that you receive your e-mail. This can be done by simply clicking on your mail icon and looking for a small text link which says: Spam controls. Generally found right beneath the Report Spam button. Additionally, if you have followed all of these suggestions and still have not received an e-mail or are having any other issues registering, you may wish to contact a staff member and Administrator to let them know of the issue as Administrators can manually activate your account for you. (They cannot see your password or other important information however.)
