In Other News...

Ahriman (TheAngraMaiynu): No news is good news when it comes to a creature like this.

Anna (AriannaRavenwood): Still no change here, the blue sister, along with her husband Galen (Galen Ravenwood) and son Brion, is content to remain at present at her husband's clan lands with her twin sister and her immediate family.

Ariana (ArianaMacGyldren): The green sister, along with her husband Galen (Galen MacGyldren) and daughter Elaine (Elaine Aqua), still resides at her husband and brother in law's clan lands. She continues to worry about her one heartson Neko (Jibudoka Neko) because there's been no word since his last letter detailing orc battles. Other than working at the bakery and refusing to deliver pastries for a certain tender's shift, the green sister still is in private mourning and is planning to avenge her son's murder.

Auggy (TSgtBenson): The youthful mechanic is currently in security lockdown following his partial recovery from a particularly vicious Konmei technovirus contracted during his recent battle with that alien invasion force. Said lockdown is frustrating his girlfriend Irina (Irina Braeden) to no end.

Calypso (Lady Proudfoot): She is still out on the prowl.

Carmine (TaciturnMerc): He is currently looking into good schools to send his son to.

Cathryrynn Smythe (Ashadow0fme):Stumbling into Rhy'Din, as it seems many do, Cat has managed to find the Silver Moon Inn , where she can be occasionally seen, enjoying a pint or two after store hours.

Suffice to say, after witnessing her first act of magics, a pseudo dragon, a strangely colored elf, and countless other unexplainable things, the Cleric of Dasharva is yet, unsure about the "quiet" part to the quaint! However, through her wanderings, she has had the chance to meet a most unusual elf by the name of Random, who has agreed to help the older-woman's business, pertaining to herbal lore, by assisting Cat with the collection and gathering of the plants the Cleric will need.

So far, a very good beginning to a rough and bumpy adjustment period to this new realm and it's occupants!

Deputy Marshall Wynter (Rachael Wynter): The scarred law woman in black still investigates various crime sprees, including a recent series of muggings in the slum areas. Rachael is currently investigating the murder of one Larry "Grabber" Nelson, the kidnapping of one Irina Braeden (Irina Braeden) and the alleged assault of Morgan Knight at the Silver Moon Inn on April 6th.

Dechirant and Fayalki Wynter (Dechirant, Fayalki):Dey and Fayalki had a chance to speak with Guthorm, Dey's heart brother about a serious matter on Saturday. Guthorm has challenged his older brother to a death match over his brother's perfidy to his sister's and ancestral lands. Both Fayalki and Dechirant plan to stand as witnesses to the event, because Kinslaying is not only serious, but puts Dey's beloved brother at risk.

On a lighter note, Fayalki and Dey attended the Warden's Ball, and enjoyed themselves greatly. Ranger Blue, Lady Candis, Souvrious, Shy, Thorm, Stormi and many others were in attendance. Thorm did quite well in the caber toss, although he did not win, he did get the prize for the most tosses done for fun!

Doctor Maranya Tatiana Valkonan (Maranya Valkonan): She's tending to her patients as usual. The good Doctor continues to spend time volunteering her medical services at a local free clinic and is currently in consultation with Doctor Jacobs about a mutual patient. Maranya made a public appearance at the Silver Moon Inn recently and had an interesting conversation with another medical professional, "Doctor Ritter" (SevastianBraeden). The good Doctor continues to closely supervise landscaping improvements Jack (JackrabbitBlue) is currently involved with on her ranch.

Dris (Bard GaIIant, SMI Dris):Dris recently left on an unexpected trip back home. Reports claim that he wished Carmine a fond farewell and left without giving any reason to justify his departure. Nor did he give any word as to when he would be returning home to Rhy'Din.

Elaine (Elaine Aqua): Elaine has absolutely stopped making cinnamon rolls and continues to work really hard on her studies. She wants to make her Ma, Da and Unca Don (Donatelio Harada) proud of her and doesn't want Missus Carmichael (MissusCarmichael) mad at her at all! She still misses her brother Banshee (Banshee Aqua) and really truly doesn't believe he's truly gone.

Emmy (Empress Grayfur): Empress Emerald of Grayfur is very pleased that Elaine is no longer baking because she is still insistent that she is allergic to flour. She has spending most of her time sunbathing on Elaine's open school books and debating with her sisters who would win a feline beauty pageant.

Erasimus Greene (PersistanceTime): There is still no news on the crazy gnome.

Irina Braeden (Irina Braeden): In this week's installment, Irina's still at her job at Blackjack Adventures, no Metroid or Xeno attacks!, made a few new friends, staying at the Moon or Northedge, studying Spanish and First Aid, fighting with stone-faced guards to see her boyfriend Auggy, hung out with Papa, told off Mama, still didn't catch the viruses out there yet!, hits the local inns most every night and yet she still finds time to work on the next issue of Bright Suns. All in all, a pretty typical week for this native Rhydin resident. Stay tuned.

Jack Bishop (Jackrabbit Blue): Bunny boy has returned home for Easter vacation and said that his family had planned a trip while the weather remained nice. With any luck he'll be home by next week.

Joshua (Fashion Error): He has renewed his rooms for another week. He is still looking for a job and thanks to the advice of others think that he might be willing to look into positions that deal with the care and feeding of horses.

Jules (Jules Braeden): Now that she has assured herself that her little sister can take care of herself, she is still hard at work thinking of ways to clue their parents into this fact.

Kakabel (Framework Memento):Word has it that Kakabel is still out searching for the culprit(s) who kidnapped his infant son.

Mallora (Ma11ora):The Mistress and her triplets have been out and about in town a few times lately. They are all doing very well.

Matakhat Cain (Matakhat Cain): After driving everyone crazy with her exuberant and boisterous rendition of the song "New York, New York," Cat is finally on her much anticipated trip to..you guessed it...New York to meet the Harada family, see the sights and do some shopping. She's enjoying it very much but is growing more and more concerned that she cannot reach Stephen directly, only getting his voice mail.

Melly (Melanie Wyndham): Will the shy relief baker and counter help at Ariana's Divine Delights Bakery ever tend bar at the Silver Moon Inn? The world may never know.

Mervyn (Vicious Mervyn): Still relentlessly guarding the till at the Silver Moon Inn.

Mesteno (Bronze Mesteno):Life for the sadist has of late been almost disturbingly calm! The past week has seen him celebrating his partner Michael's birthday, rescuing a lovebird from a chimney (now inventively named "Bob") and being a typical mischief maker. In fact the only trouble worth mentioning would be a broken rib received during a playful wrestling match. He has however also been his messiest and has at various moments been seen sporting obscene amounts of mud, blossom, glitter, whipped cream and cheesewhizz thanks to those who participate in his troublemaking sessions. The nickname "Brat King" seems to be appropriately sticking.

Mestrangelo (MestrangeIo):After several weeks of absence, Mestrangelo has been seen out and about Rhydin the past few days, splitting her 'public' time between the Silver Moon and, surprisingly, the Medieval Tavern. All she'll say on the matter is that she was "off-world on business." Business as usual, apparantly... though on the advice of her brother Ortnim, she's been "resting" - which includes tracking down her xenomorph in the seediest dives, and dodging bullets... Right? Riiiiight.

Mithril/Gadreel/Lusus (ASaintOfSinners): He has yet to return from being out of town. Perhaps he moved and left no forwarding address?

Mozart (AmadaeusFelidae): It has been several weeks and the strange human intruder has yet to leave. More drastic measure are in the works.

Ophelia (EspressoBlues): Ra has told her that she will soon discover what all his mysterious activities have been about. She cannot wait.

Parhi Grimjaws (The Multifarious): Parhi is keeping Mallora company at the Divine Delights Bakery.

Rei (AmethystStarfall): It is official. This loud mouthed, crude teenage boy is in fact Gem's son. People are already missing the sweet infant that he used to be.

Salvador (PeculiarSilence):Apparently Sal has stopped sneaking out at night for some mysterious reason. It might be that he found a place where he could sleep peacefully. Rumor has it that he was recently enrolled to go to school at Northedge Academy where he is learning how to speak English as a second language.

Seamus and Rose (Seamus Wylie, A stray Rose): The pair are out of town, along with Don, Sydney and Cat (DonatelIo Harada, SmileFang and Matakhat Cain).

Suriel (Thirteenthchange): He is still taking notes on how humanity (as well as the many non-humans that exist) function within society. This time he was seen with his notepad in hand writing about other's misadventures in a doctor's office.

Sydney and Donatello Harada (SmileFang, DonatalIo Harada): The pair are out of town, along with Seamus, Rose and Cat (Seamus Wylie, A Stray Rose and Matakhat Cain).

Twelve (The Multifarious): Twelve did indeed discover a ring of flying, but it turned out it was the long lost remnant of an evil power, and had to be destroyed by being cast into the volcanic fires in which it was forged. In the course of doing this, the trollkin wound up in the belly of a giant horse that was being used as bait in a trap , and was pulled into the gates of the city. When night fell, it transpired that Twelve had eaten everybody else inside the horse, so the tactic failed, never to be used again. In the meantime, Thulsa Doom, having conquered Aquilonia, was attempting to summon a demon which would enable him to sweep over Cimmeria, but got Twelve instead, thus saving him from the burning horse. Twelve punched Thulsa Doom in the nose, thus unknowingly orchestrating the downfall of the evil empire. He hitched a ride from a Warrior Princess and her young bardic companion, who were trapped in the wrong dimension, parting ways with them in the World of the Crystal, in which he helped the Gelfling hide from the evil Skeksis and their Garthim soldiers. As the great conjunction drew near, yet another disturbance in the fabric of space-time catapulted Twelve into an ancient pyramid in which a sleeping accursed priest lay in an undead state. He might have arisen to vast power if Twelve hadn't been bugged by the thieves ransacking the place and shredded them before helping to build a makeshift raft on which he floated down the river with his two companions, Tom and Huck. Tumbling over the side, he wound up in an infernal region in the company of the Cenobites, who eventually threw him out because of his odd taste in body piercings.

So it's been a busy week for Twelve. But you know how it is with the troll-blood - that which does not kill him makes him... well, hungry I guess.

Vadriel (Vadriel de Guise): Mr De Guise has been spotted wandering out of his normal territories again, as usual accompanied by his entourage of ever-curious spirits. This week saw him lecturing at length a poet regarding his eating habits in the Medieval Tavern and looking alarmingly at home in a sinister cemetary.

Yoshi (KitsuneNineTails): He has returned to his previous job as a door-to-door salesman selling scrub brushes to unsuspecting customers. That is what happens when a kitsune is inspired by watching Looney Toons.

Zelphina (XZeIphina): Still missing.
