In Other News...

Ahriman (TheAngraMaiynu): No news is good news when it comes to a creature like this.

Anna (AriannaRavenwood): Still no change here, the blue sister, along with her husband Galen (Galen Ravenwood) and son Brion, is content to remain at present at her husband's clan lands with her twin sister and her immediate family.

Ariana (ArianaMacGyldren): The green sister, along with her husband Galen (Galen MacGyldren) and daughter Elaine (Elaine Aqua), still resides at her husband and brother in law's clan lands. She continues to worry about her one heartson Neko (Jibudoka Neko) because there's been no word since his last letter detailing orc battles. Other than working at the bakery and refusing to deliver pastries for a certain tender's shift, the green sister still is in private mourning and is planning to avenge her son's murder.

Auggy (TSgtBenson): The youthful mechanic was recently out of town for a romantic interlude with his girlfriend Irina (Irina Braeden) after Auggy was liberated from a trial about the recent Konmei battle.

Caife (SMI Multifarious): Last Monday night, just after the red wraith swiped the food off the buffet, Caife began to act erratically. First, the Coffee Machine Golem made a religious sacrifice of a bottle of expensive and foul-smelling liquour in an effort to invoke the gods to keep the Silver Moon Inn safe from giant ants. He then began to intone the lyrics to old Blue Oyster Cult and Pink Floyd songs. It then shut down before it's shift was over, and didn't reactivate as scheduled the following night. Hopefully, whatever is ailing Caife will be fixed soon...

Calypso (Lady Proudfoot): She continues to entertain her many feline admirers that come by to pay her court, though she keeps all of them at a safe distance.

Carmine (TaciturnMerc): He is keeping quiet right now as he continues to see to it that his son settles in. He is also looking to taking on some other jobs as raising unexpected children is going to be an expensive affair.

Cassiel (InvertedDarkness): Rumor has it that Cassiel was seen in his "official" guise complete with his staff of office, but nobody can say why, and those that know are not talking.

Deputy Marshall Wynter (Rachael Wynter): The scarred law woman in black still investigates various crime sprees, including a recent series of muggings in the slum areas. Rachael is currently investigating the murder of one Larry "Grabber" Nelson, the kidnapping of one Irina Braeden (Irina Braeden) and the alleged assault of Morgan Knight at the Silver Moon Inn on April 6th.

Dechirant and Fayalki Wynter (Dechirant, Fayalki):Dey and Fayalki had their 4th annual spring celebration on the 17th, which lasted for over five hours. We're looking forward to our 4th annual Treasure Hunt on Horseshoe Island this summer, and the 4th annual Masquerade at Renier Manor, in the fall.

In addition to sampling Muskogee (Creek) Indian foods, guests also met Dey and Fayalki's children, Ahwana (Willow) and Yahuchi (Little Wolf), and Laurelin and Galadriendel's twins, Melyanna and Aglermæthor. Besides the behavior of a slightly drunk big cat (Cairo) and a slightly drunk bovine (Loki), and a totally sober pirate captain and totally sober incubus, some of the other highlights of the day were the three contests.

Special felicitations to Galadriendil, Laurelin, and Corwyn, the brave souls who entered all three contests!

Doctor Maranya Tatiana Valkonan (Maranya Valkonan): She's tending to her patients as usual. The good Doctor continues to spend time volunteering her medical services at a local free clinic and is currently in consultation with Doctor Jacobs about a mutual patient. Maranya has currently locked herself up in her laboratory with regards to certain medical experiments, though she did make time to make a private Inn call on one of the Silver Moon Inn's tenders to conduct some preliminary tests on his condition.

Elaine (Elaine Aqua): Elaine has absolutely stopped making cinnamon rolls and continues to work really hard on her studies. She wants to make her Ma, Da and Unca Don (Donatelio Harada) proud of her and doesn't want Missus Carmichael (MissusCarmichael) mad at her at all! She still misses her brother Banshee (Banshee Aqua) and really truly doesn't believe he's truly gone.

Emmy (Empress Grayfur): Empress Emerald of Grayfur is very pleased that Elaine is no longer baking because she is still insistent that she is allergic to flour. She has spending most of her time sunbathing on Elaine's open school books and debating with her sisters who would win a feline beauty pageant.

Erasimus Greene (PersistanceTime): There is still no news on the crazy gnome.

Irina Braeden (Irina Braeden): In this week's installment, Irina's gotten a promotion at her job at Blackjack Adventures, no Metroid or Xeno attacks!, made a few new friends, staying at the Moon or Northedge, studying Spanish and First Aid, enjoying spending time with her boyfriend Auggy, hung out with Papa and her sister Jules, still didn't catch the viruses out there yet!, hits the local inns most every night and yet she still finds time to work on the next issue of Bright Suns. All in all, a pretty typical week for this native Rhydin resident. Stay tuned.

Joker (SMI Joker, Richard D Harker): The flirtatious bartender for the Silver Moon Inn has recently been picking up a lot of overtime pay tending bar. During his most recent shift, he collapsed, seemingly from overwork. He's currently under the expert medical care of the Valkyrie (Maranya Valkonan).

Joshua (Fashion Error): He has renewed his rooms for another week. He is willing to take a job in tending and taking care of the animals kept in the barn, but first needs to speak to Ariana about that.

Jules (Jules Braeden): She is enjoying meeting new and interesting people. Someone also has sent her some encrypted e-mails, so she is working on figuring out what those are all about and who sent them.

Mallora (Ma11ora):The Mistress has been out shopping and seen a few times around town.

Matakhat Cain (Matakhat Cain): Cat got back from NY and was busy writing thank you notes to Donatello Harada's family for the hospitality she received when there. She had her first argument with Stephen and then made up. Dinnered out with Morgan. Studied for finals, went for another fitting for her prom dress, and is still writing her speech for graduation.

Melly (Melanie Wyndham): Will the shy relief baker and counter help at Ariana's Divine Delights Bakery ever tend bar at the Silver Moon Inn? The world may never know.

Mervyn (Vicious Mervyn): Still relentlessly guarding the till at the Silver Moon Inn.

Mesteno (Bronze Mesteno):Never a dull moment for the Sadist, the bronze haired brat managed to get himself entangled in a rather awkward position at work and is disobeying orders in an attempt to keep his colleague, his ex-husband and his Boss alive - all whilst risking himself with being labelled a traitor! In addition he's been chased by a Xenomorph, attended a party where he had to sing and dance to "I'm a little teapot" and got in a (play) fight with Sin that ended with him swallowing a piece of Sin's ear!

Mithril/Gadreel/Lusus (ASaintOfSinners): He continues to remain out of town. Rumor has it that he is still finding various ways to irritate the high-ups of Heaven.

Mozart (AmadaeusFelidae): Plots are still in the works to put that strange human invader in his place. He is currently biding his time.

Parhi Grimjaws (The Multifarious): Parhi is keeping Mallora company at the Divine Delights Bakery.

Random (Phoenix Nocturne): The mysterious elf has been gathering herbs for Cat-the-herb-lady (Ashadow0fme).

Rei (AmethystStarfall): Rei has been busy. His wing muscles have been restored to full health by Carolyn, though he is unaware of this fact. He has taken her advice and is exercising them when he can. He has also received some lessons on how to properly fire a gun from a woman named Sylvie that he had previously been quite wary of.

Stephen Valkonan (Stephen Valkonan): Stephen's returned from Pittsburgh, where he was taking care of his parents who had mono, as well as looking after his younger sisters.

Suriel (Thirteenthchange): With all the wars that go on in the worlds, he has been keep far too busy to do much of anything but work.

Terrance Tomar-Duncan (Rev DiabIo, Revered Tengu): Terrance is still out of town. Stores have run out of his particular brand of cleaning solvent (guaranteed to remove blood from any fabric without making holes!) and other alchemical products. Maybe he was eaten by political campaigners--Earth can be a dangerous place.

Tomas Dante Diablo (TerranceTomar): It's rumored that the Rev has been seeing a lot of Cadence (Cadence Halliwell) lately.

Twelve (The Multifarious): The Oddessey Continues - Earlier this week, Twelve found himself wandering around town with an unlit lantern, looking for an honest man. Confused, he drank the lantern oil and ducked into a nearby mortuary to get his bearings. Assailed by huge guys in gas masks, animalistic dwarfs in monks robes, levitating metallic globes armed with spikes, hooks and sawblades, and a Tall Man in a suit, the Troll-kin leapt into a humming dimensional doorway and found himself in the ruins of the crashed Satellite Of Love. Accidentally activating the auto-playback systems, Twelve has been sitting dumbstruck watching the collected works of Joe Don Baker for some days now. He is starting to be convinced that drinking lantern oil makes you see things...

Vadriel (Vadriel de Guise): Mr De Guise has been typically immersed with his spooks, his work and Cassiel. A cholera epidemic in the slum area has had him away from home and amongst more people than he cares to be around!

Valleana (Va11eana): She made a rare appearance at the SMI this past week, beyond that not much is known about what she has been doing

Yoshi (KitsuneNineTails): He has recently rented a push cart and has stocked that up with toys, practical joke items, and other items of whimsy. These wares are now being sold to interested customers in the Rhydin Marketplace. Could it be that he has actually decided to try his hand at an honest business?

Zelphina (XZeIphina): Still missing.
