"Ladies and gentleman, times are looking up. In light of current events there have been improvements in my life that may suggest a possibility of a swift return to the role-playing community. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers, or whatever it is you deem appropriate according to your own personal beliefs. I'm looking forward to returning as soon as I am able. It will take a lot of hard work and determination, and I may need all the luck and good fortune that I can get. Please remember in my absence to continually treat each other with respect. Think of AG as you would think of me. Consider her your voice for the varied news of the role-playing community. If you have news to share that you deem beneficial to your fellow role-players, do not hesitate to send her your updates. If the Fates are kind, expect me to return by the middle of May. Be patient as I have been and together we can continue to forge a brighter future for free-form chat-room role-playing. Have heart. Have faith. But most of all have fun. Keep the dream alive! In Other News...

Ahriman (TheAngraMaiynu): No news is good news when it comes to a creature like this.

Anna (AriannaRavenwood): Still no change here, the blue sister, along with her husband Galen (Galen Ravenwood) and son Brion, is content to remain at present at her husband's clan lands with her twin sister and her immediate family.

Ariana (ArianaMacGyldren): The green sister, along with her husband Galen (Galen MacGyldren) and daughter Elaine (Elaine Aqua), still resides at her husband and brother in law's clan lands. She continues to worry about her one heartson Neko (Jibudoka Neko) because there's been no word since his last letter detailing orc battles. Other than working at the bakery and refusing to deliver pastries for a certain tender's shift, the green sister still is in private mourning and is planning to avenge her son's murder.

Auggy (TSgtBenson): The youthful mechanic is currently house hunting with his girlfriend Irina (Irina Braeden). They've put a bid in on an old firehouse which Auggy really liked.

Carolyn Valkonan (DreamsinBurgundy): She's been busy with her studies.

Deputy Marshall Wynter (Rachael Wynter): The scarred law woman in black still investigates various crime sprees, including a recent series of muggings in the slum areas. Rachael is currently investigating the murder of one Larry "Grabber" Nelson, the kidnapping of one Irina Braeden (Irina Braeden) and the alleged assault of Morgan Knight at the Silver Moon Inn on April 6th. She's frustrated in her investigations because to date no one's come forward with any information.

Dechirant and Fayalki Wynter (Dechirant, Fayalki):Dey and Fayalki had a wonderful time catching up with Dey's beautiful heartsister, Sylvia (HOST RDI Sylvia/SylviaNightshade), and hearing all about what it is like being Baroness! Sylvia and her husband, Baron Kieran Logansson had a son, Cian, born on November 27th. That's the same day Fayalki and Dey's son, Yahuchi (Little Wolf), was born on, so both mothers hope their sons will grow up together and be fast friends.

Thorm (GuthormOthinsson) has worried Dey and Fayalki and many of his other friends and family over the continuing strife with his brother, Freystyr. On the day of their appointed meeting to settle things, Freystyr failed to show, leaving the situation that much more unsettled and dangerous.

Doctor Maranya Tatiana Valkonan (Maranya Valkonan): She's tending to her patients as usual, including one of the tenders at the Silver Moon Inn. The good Doctor continues to spend time volunteering her medical services at a local free clinic and continues to consult with Doctor Jacobs about a mutual patient. Maranya has currently locked herself up in her laboratory with regards to certain medical experiments.

Dris (Bard GaIIant, SMI Dris):Dris is still out of town on "business," and no word has come in detailing when precisely he will be returning home to Rhy'Din.

Elaine (Elaine Aqua): Elaine has absolutely stopped making cinnamon rolls and continues to work really hard on her studies. She wants to make her Ma, Da and Unca Don (Donatelio Harada) proud of her and doesn't want Missus Carmichael (MissusCarmichael) mad at her at all! She still misses her brother Banshee (Banshee Aqua) and really truly doesn't believe he's truly gone.

Emmy (Empress Grayfur): Lately the Empress Emerald of Grayfur has been spending her time sunbathing on Elaine's open school books and daydreaming of what could be. She has expressed in intense interest in desiring to prowl and has been seen less and less at home over the past couple of weeks.

Erasimus Greene (PersistanceTime): There is still no news on the crazy gnome.

Irina Braeden (Irina Braeden): In this week's installment, Irina's still working at Blackjack Adventures, saw an Xeno attack, made a few new friends, staying at the Moon or Northedge, studying Spanish and First Aid, looking at buying a house with her boyfriend Auggy, still didn't catch the viruses out there yet!, hits the local inns most every night and yet she still finds time to work on the next issue of Bright Suns. All in all, a pretty typical week for this native Rhydin resident. Stay tuned.

Joker (SMI Joker, Richard D Harker): The flirtatious bartender for the Silver Moon Inn has recently been picking up a lot of overtime pay tending bar. He's recently reunited with his younger brother Nige (Peter N Harker). Joker is currently under the expert medical care of the Valkyrie (Maranya Valkonan).

Mallora (Ma11ora):The Mistress is busy this week with the week long festivities to celebrate Mother's Day. Both she and her daughter Valleana (Va11eana) wish all the mothers out there a very happy Mother's Day.

Melly (Melanie Wyndham): Will the shy relief baker and counter help at Ariana's Divine Delights Bakery ever tend bar at the Silver Moon Inn? The world may never know.

Mervyn (Vicious Mervyn): Still relentlessly guarding the till at the Silver Moon Inn.

Mesteno (Bronze Mesteno):It's been an eventful week for the sadist, not that his weeks are ever otherwise. Another Xeno attack on his friends and himself left Gem wounded and his boyfriend's car in ruins after a hasty getaway. He's been seen in a Mexican standoff with one of the infamous Carrion brothers, ferrying wounded people to healers, out cold with a head injury and making kidnapping plans - but for good reasons! He made a rare appearance at the Silver Moon Inn where he spent some time with his Godson Rei, and has since disappeared for the weekend with Michael.

Mestrangelo (MestrangeIo):Well, now we know what the purveyor has been busy with the past few weeks! Mestrangelo was seen out and about recently, as proud as a new "mother" should be, showing off her brand new baby...xenomorphs?

Yes, cigars and congratulations may be sent to Xaje (Black Xaje) - he's a daddy! The purveyor had with her no less than four of her alien companions with her last night (The Collective) in various sizes and colors.

Parhi Grimjaws (The Multifarious): Parhi is keeping Mallora company at the Divine Delights Bakery.

Pleione (stellarbalinese): While her man is away on his quest to seek out the kidnappers of his son, Pleione has been out on her own personal journey. She has not been seen at Gem's manor for several weeks now and has left no clue as to her whereabouts or when she may be returning.

Salvador (PeculiarSilence):His father can rest easy, for Sal has not been spending his nights escaping the confines of his home to follow flights of fancy. Instead he has been laboring himself by partaking of private lessons under the tutelage of Professor Harada to help him learn English as a second language. He hopes to attend Northedge as a full-time student next fall.

Terrance Tomar Duncan (Terrance Tomar): Terrance is finally back from Earth. He got a most unfortunate welcome from an old enemy, and has lost his familiar, Alkar. Like all peacocks, Alkar was loud and obnoxious and somewhat abusive, but he proved himself loyal and loving beneath all that and will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, Alkar.

Tomas Dante Diablo (Rev Diablo, Revered Tengu):The Rev is currently recovering from a severe beating he suffered at unknown hands.

Vadriel (Vadriel de Guise): Sightings of the heretic have been few and far between this week, though reports of his presence in the slums treating another cholera epidemic would suggest he's as busy as ever. A visit by Mesteno, Michael, Sammy, AJ and Jordan during the week was a welcome interruption to his normal schedule.

Valleana (Va11eana): She will be busy at the Temple this week during the week long Mother's Day celebration.

Zelphina (XZeIphina): Still missing.
