Illithids: Agents of the Department of the Exterior (The few, the weird, the Men In Plaid) have been searching vigorously for the individual calling himself Harvey Banks. They think he might have something to do with the current restrictions on any information pertaining to the ancient Illithid Node in the near wilderness of Rhydin. Their inquiries are somewhat limited as they aren't allowed to go anywhere near the Illithid Node itself, which is where he probably is. Drat.

Rhydin Baywatch?: Rhydin Shore Patrol is investigating a massacre at what appears to have been a luau. Details on the shooting spree are being withheld by authorities. A total of twenty-six people were shot to death with a variety of weapons. Until further notice, a square mile of Rhydin's coast is closed to the public.

Ahriman (TheAngraMaiynu): We said that things were going to get uglier and they have. He left a nasty little surprise in the inn for Mithril who blundered right into it and is suffering the aftereffects. He is now ready to proceed with the next step of his plans. Things are definitely going to get even more ugly.

Aldous the Axe (SMI Axe): The mysterious right hand to Management has gone back to taking care of business behind the scenes at the Silver Moon Inn.

Alexander Camael Woods (Terra Nephilim): Nothing new in the half-angel's life.

Amaliel (AmaIiel): Bodyguarding Mithril just became a much less cushy job. He has gone on duty 24/7.

Anna (AriannaRavenwood): Still no change here, the blue sister, along with her husband Galen (Galen Ravenwood) and son Brion, is content to remain at present at her husband's clan lands with her twin sister and her immediate family.

Ariana (ArianaMacGyldren): The green sister, along with her husband Galen (Galen MacGyldren) and daughter Elaine (Elaine Aqua), still resides at her husband and brother in law's clan lands. Even though she recently received a letter from her one heartson Neko (Jibudoka Neko) , she still worries about him. Despite her ongoing feud with a certain tender at the Silver Moon Inn, Ariana continues to deliver pastries for his shift after his recent collapse. Other than working at the bakery, the green sister still is in private mourning and is planning to avenge her son's murder.

Bromaugher The Dimunitive (Bromaugher): No reported sightings this week.

Calypso (Lady Proudfoot): She is still entertaining her adoring public.

Carver Mephisto (Carver Mephisto): The Butcher of Old Detroit is still wanted for various murders as well as the Tablesetter murders. Anyone with information about this fugitive from justice are urged to contact authorities immediately. Do not approach or attempt to apprehend this man. Several law enforcement agencies classify Mephisto as the most dangerous man in Rhydin.

Chasz Harvey (Chasz Harvey ): Chasz has been busy purchasing equipment and grooming trails for Blackjack Adventures.

Cryptopakolips the Unseasoned (The Multifarious): Recently, the Master Fleshtender stepped outside the Silver Moon to check and see whether a crate of fanmail for Irina was enchanted (it wasn't) when he caught sight of the Bird-Legged Hut parked in front of the Inn by a Hag. When he saw it, he seemed enraged at the sight and cast a Rocket spell to leave in a hurry. For some details on where he went, check the entry for Kulkem...

Damon Waters (Damon Waters): The mysterious janitor has been seen around Rhydin lately.

Deputy Marshall Wynter (Rachael Wynter): The scarred law woman in black still investigates various crime sprees, including a recent series of muggings in the slum areas. Rachael is doing her best to wrap up the investigations on the murder of one Larry "Grabber" Nelson, the kidnapping of one Irina Braeden (Irina Braeden) and the alleged assault of Morgan Knight at the Silver Moon Inn on April 6th. She's frustrated in her investigations because to date no one's come forward with any information.

Doctor Maranya Tatiana Valkonan (Maranya Valkonan): She's tending to her patients as usual, including one of the tenders at the Silver Moon Inn. The good Doctor continues to spend time volunteering her medical services at a local free clinic and continues to consult with Doctor Jacobs about a mutual patient. Maranya has currently locked herself up in her laboratory with regards to certain medical experiments, though she is taking time to personally supervise the landscaping on her ranch again, now that spring is here.

Dris (Bard GaIIant): Still out of town.

Elaine (Elaine Aqua): Elaine has absolutely stopped making cinnamon rolls and is glad that school's finally out for the summer! She still misses her brother Banshee (Banshee Aqua) and really truly doesn't believe he's truly gone.

Emmy (Empress Grayfur): Lately the Empress Emerald of Grayfur has expressed an intense interest in desiring to prowl and has been seen less and less at home over the past couple of weeks.

Erasimus Greene (PersistanceTime): There is still no news on the crazy gnome.

Gem (Gemethyst, SMI Gem): Gem has asked her son to live with her, so that they can be closer and have more time to spend together. Mer is currently living there, as well, which suits the little thief to a T. The more the merrier, as far as she is concerned, especially when they are folk she cares so much about. She has gone and gotten involved with a warrior, as well. One Keun Rietsma. Biiiiiig guy. There is still the drow living at her home, until he finds another place. Cianan of the soooo sweet disposition. Not. And that is about all that is new.

Irina Braeden (Irina Braeden): In this week's installment, there's no news of note for this native Rhydin resident. Stay tuned.

Jim Smith (TheSpiritRemains): An incredibly dangerous fighter was sent to kill him a few days ago. Luckily he was not alone, and with the help of his allies was able to talk his would-be assassin out of the kill. Now he has gone into hiding, as that was probably only the beginning of any number of attempts to kill him, as he has some rather valuable knowledge.

Joker (SMI Joker, Richard D Harker): The flirtatious bartender for the Silver Moon Inn just worked his normal shift the past week. He's still keeping an eye on his younger brother Nige (Peter N Harker), has been heard making threats to kill a mysterious Him and learned something rather disturbing about his younger brother. Joker is currently undergoing anger management counseling along with his usual medical treatments from the Valkyrie (Maranya Valkonan) and appears to have a new romantic interest in his life, Rhi (Rhiannon D Brock).

Jules (Jules Braeden): She is still dealing with headaches both literaly and figuratively. The repairs on her bike have been delayed due to the fact that half of the crew is sick with the flu.

Kakabel (Framework Memento): Oh where, oh where has Kakabel gone? Oh where, oh where could he be?

Kulkem (Kulkem): Shortly after Cryptopakolips the Unseasoned took off from the Silver Moon Inn, he appeared at the estate of Kulkem, his fellow Archmage, and in a fit of pique somehow enlisted his help in getting his tower back. For some of the details on how he managed this - and why he himself is a little confused as to why Kulkem assented - review The Plea to Kulkem.

Recently, Kulkem showed up at the Silver Moon Inn for a little nightcap. He was relaxed enough for a couple of hours, then got up and dashed out the door, carefully avoiding the Hag's Hut. His behaviour remains unexplained, but might have been something along the lines of a recon mission.

Melly (Melanie Wyndham): Will the shy relief baker and counter help at Ariana's Divine Delights Bakery ever tend bar at the Silver Moon Inn? The world may never know.

Mervyn (Vicious Mervyn): Still relentlessly guarding the till at the Silver Moon Inn.

Mesteno (Bronze Mesteno): The Sadist had been living up to his name this week in a series of rather violent incidents during which he's left one of his friends blind in one eye, another with a broken jaw, and one with a half dozen bullets holes to recover from. He didn't come out unscathed either, and suffered broken knee caps as a result of the shooting. The week really hit a low when his partner Michael became suicidal, and it has only been after several days of fighting and talking that they've been able to get back on track.

Miguel (Rev Diablo): Miguel has been running the dojo while Rev has dealt with the local mob problem. With matters settled, the dojo has reopened and Miguel has been left in charge. He is also preparing for the Rhydin Galactic Championships where he will compete in free fighting, weapons, forms, musical forms, and self-defense demonstration. Let's all wish Miguel luck as he prepares for this prestigious tournament.

Mithril/Gadreel/Lusus (ASaintofSinners): Ahriman left a trap for him in the Silver Moon Inn, and he was careless enough to walk right into it. It would appear to have had the effect of weakening him considerably, the extent of which is unknown at this time.

Mozart (Amadeus Felidae): He is begining to question his motives of getting rid of the strange invader. After all, he does not seem to be so bad.

Neko (Ji'budoka Neko): Ariana's heartson (once known as Pup) has finally contacted Ariana via letter. Ariana has yet to disclose the contents of the letter.

P. Nigel Harker (Peter N Harker): Nige has not been seen since he made certain insinuations to his brother. What those insinuations were are known only to The Silver Moon Inn's own Joker.

Parhi Grimjaws (The Multifarious): It's no longer a question; the half-orc battlemaiden is actively avoiding children. The reason remains obscure.

Pleione (Stellar Balinese): What!? No missing cat posters!?

Rei (Amethyst Starfall): The temperamental half angel recently met with one of his uncles and together they proceeded to show some people they respect just how young in spirit they truly are.

Robin (Robin Kalahola): In a telecom interview, Robin expressed great enthusiasm for the summer season. With temperatures reaching record highs all over Rhydin, it's a sure bet people will be flocking to the beaches. Robin and his employer invite everyone to visit Blackjack Adventures' Shoreline Office to schedule expert guided aquatic recreation.

Suriel (ThirteenthChange): He was asked to help with whatever is ailing Mithril and did all that he could. The rest is just up to the actions of the future to decide.

Terrance Tomar-Duncan (Terrance Tomar): He is now dealing with the effects of a trap Ahriman set for Mithril, and will be very busy with that until it is resolved.

Tomas Dante Diablo (Rev Diablo, Revered Tengu): Rev is still on hiatus with his girlfriend, Cadence. The two are enjoying some much-needed time away from the chaos of Rhydin. Those needing to contact Rev can do so through Miguel (Rev Diabio).

Twelve (The Multifarious): Has not mastered the uses of a computer, but was briefly catapulted into a virtual reality which immediately spat him back out again. Tron is not happy about the mess he left behind...

Vadriel (Vadriel de Guise): The Heretic has again been playing Mr Nice guy healing broken bodies and using his spirit network to keep an eye on his troublesome young sadist friend and his lover. He made a brief appearance at the Medieval Tavern but has otherwise remained in his home.

Valleana (Va11eana): She has returned to the Temple in Rhydin with her mother Mallora. Both wish the Earthlings a Happy 4th of July.

Ynik (TheMultifarious):Reports indicate that he is back in Rhydin City proper, but his activities remain obscure.

Yoshi (KitsuneNineTails): The only news that anyone has been able to gather can safely state that the kitsune is up to no good.

Zelphina (XZeIphina): Still missing.

Zohak (ABafflingEnigma): He has been spending time getting to know his "atara's atar" and the rest of that side of the family.
