Well! For some mysterious reason the server crapped out on me earlier. Had this news post all written up and ready to publish, clicked save, then WHAMO! Server failure. Out of nowhere. That was inconviently odd. So here I am rewriting the news I meant to publish, trying to remember what it was I said and having the worst memory in all of creation. We'll see how well this works.
The latest issue of Ubique's Monthly is finished. It will be available to the public for reading at midnight tonight. Or a minute after. I'll have to keep an eye on things, though. If I set up the program correctly it should publish itself. But there's that chance that it won't go through again and I'll have to do it manually. So if you don't see it listed, and it should be, don't panic. I'll check back as soon as I'm able, online to do so. The next poll for the May issue's Character Spotlight nominees may be visible. It's showing for me, but I'm an administrator. Admins have the special privilege of seeing everything, even if it shouldn't be published and available to the public. If it is showing, you shouldn't be able to vote on it until midnight tonight. Again, this is dependent on whether or not I set up the program correctly. I did it just the same as last time, so it should. I've made a decision. This next poll will run from midnight tonight, or a minute after, until a minute before midnight on the night of April 15, 2008. That means the poll will run for two weeks, leaving the other half of the month open to our volunteer interviewer to do his or her job. Chances are it will be Steff again, because she's so awesome at writing those articles. Five more names to choose from. Only one of those characters will win the vote. That winning character's player will be contacted, interviewed, and featured in the next issue of Ubique's Monthly. Don't forget to vote! Tell your friends to vote! Even if they're not members. Every vote counts and the more the merrier! Stay tuned for next month! Last update: 01-04-2008 00:46
