As previously mentioned in Minimal Management, the Nefarious SM has had a pretty rough time being online frequently these last couple of weeks to keep up with the running of this here site. Not only has she been lax in her administration duties as a webmaster, but she has had little to no time to actually participate in active and ongoing role-play. This, coupled with limited information sharing, has also restricted her capability to write and publish the most recent issue of Ubique's Weekly. Some of you may have noticed...
The latest issue of our esteemed newsletter was scheduled for release two days ago on the 18th of this month. It was never sent out. This is mostly to do with the fact that it was never compiled. It was never compiled because I pretty much completely forgot about it. Oops. My bad. If I had been able to predict that I wouldn't have been online on Saturday, I likely would have asked K to write up the newsletter for us again and send it out. As it was, I just got so darned busy with real life things that Saturday came and went before I knew it. I only realized I had missed my own deadline just this morning, about half an hour ago. I do hope you can all forgive me. Truthfully, I don't think anyone particularly cares. Please excuse my moment of pessimism. Sometimes I really get the feeling that nobody actually looks forward to reading the newsletter every week. This ruins my enthusiasm for writing Ubique's Weekly at times. Other times I'm able to disregard those feelings entirely. Comes with having such a hardened heart and all. But! I do try to fight the good fight and keep it circulating regardless of how few updates I receive. To those of you who sent me updates last week, I thank you. They're still sitting in my folder waiting to be added to the latest edition of the newsletter. I just have yet to write it. Next week. Hopefully things will simmer down and I'll be able to get back on track and back together as I once was. This having a life off the internet business is serious work. I'm not a big fan of work, lazy girl that I am. But I do what I can when I can. Been saying this a lot lately, but once again ... please, be patient. Last update: 20-08-2007 08:45
