Goodness, you're right. If we go with mariners for March, I think I'd have to pick two different characters. Archie, Maia and Harold fit that mold.

Lola's sort of an off choice, but I would really like to see how she fairs in a vote. That's a character I've been curious about for a long time, so I'm having trouble just disregarding Mel's nomination on that.

I'm also kind of biased, especially when it comes to Corlanthis. It's a shame he didn't make it out of the election primaries as a candidate. Plus an article on him could help me finish his wiki article too. Hmmm.

I'd definitely second Sinjin, but I already did that last month. Though I said people are free to nominate the same names again, I kind of have issues against doing that personally. Maybe we can run a vampire poll some other month. Thing is... I strangely don't know that many vampires! And I thought they were so common in Rhydin!

I thought so, but I wasn't certain. Also wasn't going to go giving away anything without you speaking up first. So I picked one of the three that I'd second a nomination on.

Midnight's getting close, and I likely won't be online to start he poll. I'm going to set one up, though, and set it to start at midnight. If the new program works the way I expect, it should show up on the front page and start all on its own. I'm going to run it from a minute after midnight so that it starts on the 3rd until a minute before midnight on the 16th. That means I'm going to make some choices now.

The nominees are as follows, in order that they were given: Archie Kennedy (in a private message), Lola, Maia d'Thalia, Tass (missed that one before, sorry), Corlanthis, Harold Lowe, Sinjin Fai, Colleen MacLeod, Diana Lasher, and Rhiannon Harker. We also have the two who weren't re-nominated from last month's poll: Alysia Skye and Ehzoterik VonArcanum. That's a total of twelve character nominations. Ten not counting Alysia and Ehz.

Since Maia was nominated again, with a backing of at least two other seconds, I'm going to go ahead and add her to the poll this month. Corlanthis got a second from Archie after being nominated by Kay, so we'll toss him in too. I myself seconded Lola, so I'm going to put her into the race as well. To mix things up a little, I'm going to choose two others that don't fit into any common group. That leaves out Harold and Archie this go around because they're both mariners as well. Sorry guys. Maybe next time. Call me biased, but I'm going to toss Sin back into the race again. This is mostly because he doesn't fit a group either. Given a choice between the three other family members, I'm going to go with Collie. That will make this month's poll for the Character Spotlight vote as follows:
