It should be noted that many of the functions everyone is accustomed to on the old proboard to not work precisely the same here on the new fireboard. One such function is the ability to create password protected sub-boards. That is no longer possible. However, if everything worked according to plan, this new setup should be as equally secure.
General Category Boards
Staff Bulletins : Everyone may view this board, including guests. Only staff members, however, may start threads on this board. This is not a default setup so much as a requested rule. Any thread started on this board by any non-staff member will be instantly deleted regardless of content.
General Discussion : Everyone may view this board, including guests. Guests may also create threads on this board, as well as reply to threads on this board.
Bitch Fest {b]:[/b] Only registered members may view this board, create threads on this board and reply to threads on this board. This board is inaccessible to guests due to the controversial nature of some posts made.
Storytelling Category Boards
Interactive Stories : Everyone may view this board, including guests. However, only members may create and respond to threads in the two child boards listed: the Great Redcap Hunt and Dreams of Rare Adventure.
OOC Discussion : Only registered forum members may view this board and create and respond to threads on this board. This may or may not change depending on popular opinion of current forum members.
Praise & Props : This board may be viewed by everyone, including guests. Everyone, including guests, may also create and reply to threads.
Game Announcements : Security is set the same for this board as the previously mentioned one. Everyone, including guests, may view this board, create threads on this board, and reply to threads on this board.
Limited Edition Category Boards
Ubiquitous Realms : The main board may be viewed by anyone, including guests. Guests may also create threads and reply to threads. However, only registered members may create and reply to threads on the child boards, as well as view them.
Behind the Scenes : Everyone, including guests, may view this board.
NC-17 : This board is restricted access and only viewable by forum members who have registered. It will not show up on the main screen for guests, for a very good reason. The content within is considered to be adult in nature, and we the members of Mutual Endeavors do not want to be responsible for children under the age of 17 being privy to such content. If you want to view this board, you must register a username and sign-in. We will not be held responsible for any offenses felt from reading the content within, however. Read at your own risk.

The above information is old information that was taken from the old proboard forum and copy/pasted to this new fireboard. After careful study, I have realized that some of the information above is not as accurate as it used to be.
First of all, according to the configuration, only registered users may create new threads and reply to old threads on our new forum. Visitors may only view, or read, the posts listed. This is limited to anything in which I have set up public access to include "everybody." For some of the boards, I changed the access to registered users only. This means that visitors will not even be able to read them.
This security has been set for: the Bitch Fest board, Dreams of Rare Adventure, OOC Discussion, all the child boards in the Ubiquitous Realms (not that board itself, though), and the NC-17 board.
On the old proboard, I was capable of setting up any user as a moderator of his or her own personal section of the forum. Reading the "Thread Transfers" post under Staff Bulletins explains things better, I hope.
The current configurations can be changed at any time, but it's up to you, our Mutual Endeavors members, to inform me what you would like done with your personal boards. Let me know if you want to grant public reading access to all visitors or not. They currently stand as not, but I can open them up if you want me to. Until then, they'll remain restricted to registered members only.
Remember: visitors can NOT reply to threads and nor can they create new ones. This may or may not help with your decisions. Visitors can ONLY read posts that have public access open to everybody, unless I change that. Again, that's up to all of you.

Stupid question? Anyway we can delete or own posts when we misread and type the wrong shit?
Current security sounds fine for now.

Not so stupid, actually. You know? I'm not 100% sure. I know you can edit your own posts for certain. Since I'm mostly on here as an admin, I haven't rightly tested that theory. I always see the delete option myself. If you don't see one next to the "reply" and "edit" buttons, then you probably don't have that liberty. I'll see if I can't fix that if that's the case. For now, though, you might just have to ask an admin to do it. Again, not sure.
