Well. I really can't.
I can't save any changes and I don't know what's going on for that to be happening, so...no change yet.

For some reason the new posts aren't being displayed very clearly, as they used to be with the dark red folder icon. Even when I pop into a folder to read posts, I'm not seeing any obvious indication of NEW. I wonder if I messed something up while playing around with settings without realizing it, or if it just hasn't been addressed yet. Hm.
Plus. I'm not sure I like the "this post was made so many days/hours ago" instead of the actual date and time like it used to be. I'll have to poke around later, unless someone gets to it before me.

Have no fear, all can be corrected. It just takes time and I'm a busy guy. Like today, I'm rebuilding two machines and working on the layout of a network rebuild.
So the forum isn't quite on target yet, but the new users keep pouring in and it does its job. Recoding is a pain obviously and makes it that much more difficult when you upgrade, because the upgrade won't have the modified code that was put in.

I didn't know it was a code issue! No worries, Mike. I'm just making sure I didn't accidentally change something without meaning to somewhere in the backend. Take your time!

It was more of a general statement about everything that's been requested with the forum. Tinker away, you have backups - lol!

Ehzoterik wrote: One small problem.
I remember setting it up so that the subscribe to this thread thing was not automatically checked every time a person posts. I don't like having that there, and being used to it not being there I didn't realize it was checked. Now I can't unsubscribe from this thread, and that's annoying.
What's wrong?
Just view your profile and click the Forum tab to see all of your forum subscriptions. They can be removed there. EDIT: Clicking the "My Profile" link in the forum will take you to editing your profile, not viewing it. To remove subscriptions you should be viewing your profile and not editing it. Maybe I should change that. What do you think?
Also, the little forum tools drop down menu when viewing threads no longer has a transparent background, which was making it hard to view the options there. This has been fixed.
Finally, the quoted text has a distinct appearance, making it easier to discern.

Thank you Mike. I was going to go about that, but as I said--I wasn't able to save any changes made to the CSS. Sorry you had to do a little extra :/
And - WOOOHOO

Ok, the center button is back and working as it should. I also added in the HR bbcode.
Here is center.
Here is a horizontal rule (line)
To make an HR, use:
HR in the brackets []

I've tried to remove my subscription to this one thread about a dozen times. Each time it says: "you are not allowed!!!" Or something to that effect. I don't know what the problem is, but I'm getting annoyed with continuing to get these e-mails that tell me: "hey someone posted to the thread you subscribed to!" When I didn't mean to in the first place and now can't unsubscribe from it.
